Upon contacting us, we will assign a dedicated project manager that will forsee your overall project from start to finish. Initial consultation consists of a meeting between your our project manager and you. We meet with you to understand the block of land and your needs in a new home. We then prepare a comprehensive design and build budget including timelines, build program and design costs.
